Located at the southwest corner of Douglas and Broadway, Broadway Plaza is one of the city's most magnificent buildings with an intricate lobby ceiling that is second to none. The exterior facade is undergoing extensive improvements - paint on the west and south sides of the building, along with full restoration of the first floor storefront exterior that includes window glazing, the addition of an illuminated entrance canopy with large planters and the new building logo etched in the sidewalk at the entrance. Interior improvements include new lighting and updated interiors for the elevator cabs, refurbishment of the lobby and a new custom-made lobby rug, and conditioning system. You'll have to see Broadway Plaza to believe it!
