Dave Lundberg
Lundberg, 59, is a Minneapolis native. With a long career with Chrysler Corporation through the 1970's and 1980's, Lundberg eventually embarked on a new career in real estate where he discovered his passion. After 20 years as an independent real estate developer, Lundberg co-founded Real Development with a focus on acquisitions and joint ventures, bringing an eye for seeking out new opportunities and bringing them to fruition. He sees the potential, the diamond in the rough. Lundberg employs approximately 100 people through his company, Wood Hill Management, which owns residential and commercial buildings along with assisted-living facilities. Lundberg also owns buildings in several states. He is married to Barbara, his wife of 38 years, and has three adult children and one grandchild.
